Our journey begins with the motivation of our invention of Knurling Copper Electrodes (Lug). In 2008 with the supervision of Mr Suman Kumar (MD), we were the first to evolve a revolutionary innovation of Copper Electrodes Lug and proved that the TMT Roll Rib Cutting is possible only by using Roll Branding EDM Machine. We approached a reputed plant where we took up trial and got success. We used their Roll Branding EDM Machine and machined a roll with rib cutting work using Lug with 90% accuracy, which was almost similar to CNC.

ESSTO Engineering was founded in the year 2008 because of serving TMT manufacturers with its innovative Copper Electrodes Lug for TMT Roll Knurling using the Roll Branding machine. After getting a great response from several reputed TMT manufacturers, we developed a manufacturing set-up in ESSTO ENGINEERING UNIT-II in 2011.
